BARDONECCHIA - Information

Resort Information BARDONECCHIA

Once a small traditional Italian town, Bardonecchia has grown in recent years into a buzzing and welcoming ski resort, whilst still retaining its original charm. Snuggled in a corner of the picturesque Susa Valley on the Italian/French border, Bardonecchia provides access to over 100km of varied terrain. The resort benefits from being close to the cultural city of Turin, which can be accessed by the local train station, making this an ideal destination for those coming with non-skiers and reluctant beginners. The slopes and lifts are often very quiet in Bardonecchia which is one of its greatest appeals. All levels of skier are catered for, with wide open runs for intermediates and beginners and more challenging blacks and lots of off-piste opportunities for the more experienced. There are a number of nursery slopes too for the beginner to build to build confidence on before heading to the numerous easy cruising blues.
