ISOLA 2000 - Introduction

Looking down on the Cote D’Azur, Isola 2000 is a modern resort with a great snow record and an excellent lift system.The ski area is superb for beginners and intermediates with wide open pistes and gentle cruising runs. For the experts there are some fantastic off-piste opportunities and the Cime De Sistron must be visited, whilst the town has several bars and restaurants.
Skiing
Gentle slopes close to the resort centre are ideal for beginners and intermediate skiers will find plenty of blues and reds that go in all directions. The area pass also covers Auron which is accessible by car. More challenging runs can be found on the Cime de Sistron.
Snowboarding
Isola has a popular snow park, boarder cross and half-pipe. Snowboard shows, live concerts, barbecues and parties are organised frequently throughout the season.
Ski Schools
The Ecole Du Ski Francais ski school operates a full range of lessons from beginners lessons to ski guiding with English speaking instructors.
Eating Out
There are a number of good value restaurants and cafes such as Le Crocodile, Le Cuban Cafe, La Raclette, La Marmotte and Le Rendez - Vous.
Bars and clubs
The resort is not a lively resort, however there are a few local bars in the main resort offering good value for money.
