Killington - Bars and clubs
Killington can be extremely lively, especially when the New Yorkers and Bostonians pitch up for the weekend. The hugely popular Wobbly Barn (yes, it’s an old barn) on Killington Road has a steakhouse, dancing and a buzzing atmosphere at night. For younger skiers, the Pickle Barrel attracts decent live acts (Ziggy Marley) at the weekend. For club sounds, the Outback and Nightspot have DJs, for Guinness and Irish folk it’s McGrath’s Irish Pub. Whatever you do don’t leave Killington without trying the local Goombay Smash.
