MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO - Information

Resort Information MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO

Madonna di Campiglio is one of the most popular and fashionable ski resorts in Italy. The cobbled streets are lined with designer shops and lots of delightful restaurants and bars. On the slopes, in the awesome Dolomite mountains there is much to see and enjoy. The village is an interesting mix of elegant and traditional, relaxed and ritzy. Attractive and upmarket it maybe, but with plenty of facilities and a variety of holiday accommodation, no matter what you are looking for, whether a classy hotel for the week or a bargain break for the weekend, the resort has something for everyone. The spectacular Brenta Dolomites are the backdrop to this fantastic ski resort. Beginners are very well served with some lovely nursery slopes. The efficient lift system opens up the resort’s largely intermediate terrain, which for the most part is non-too difficult and well maintained, so you can rack up the km. with ease. Include the Folgarida and Marilleva areas and you have plenty of variety in terrain, much of which is tree-lined.Advanced skiers will enjoy long, sweeping blacks and perhaps take on the tremendous World Cup Downhill run, but with a local guide there is also plenty of off-piste on offer. Night skiing is also available.
